Beaujolais, France. 100% Gamay. Organic and natural. These grapes are sourced from old vines aged 60-90 years, planted on granite soils at an average altitude of 400 meters, located in the "La Madone" plot in Villié-Morgon, Beaujolais, France. Their wines undergo carbonic maceration with stems, aging in a mix of foudres, fûts, and stainless steel, adjusted annually based on fruit quality. They emphasize finesse over extraction, creating long-lasting, pale wines with excellent texture and minerality. The wine is medium-to-full-bodied, supple with red and black fruit flavors, and backed by a strong mineral character on the finish.  Fleurie is one of the ten crus in Beaujolais.
