Alsace, France. 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Auxerrois. Certified Organic (Ecocert) & Biodynamic (Biodyvin). This Brut Nature Crémant from Domaine Mann is a refined, zero-dosage sparkler made from 36-year-old vines rooted in marl, limestone, and gravel soils. Farmed with care and intention—sustainably, organically, and biodynamically—the fruit is hand-harvested and gently pressed before fermenting with native yeasts. Aged 15–20 months on the lees (60% in barrel), it’s dry, elegant, and expressive, with lively acidity and fine bubbles. A thoughtful, terroir-driven bubbly perfect for aperitifs or light fare.
