Domaine Francis Blanchet is a small 8ha estate situated in the quaint village of St. Andelain. Working alongside his son Mathieu, this is an 8th-generation family of winegrowers in Pouilly-Fume. St. Andelain has the distinction of having the largest percentage of “silex” or “silice” soil in the entire Pouilly Fume appellation, allowing Francis and Mathieu to make a Pouilly-Fume that is full of tension, verve, and bright minerality.
