Franck Balthazar, Cornas ‘Chaillot’ (2021)

A traditional and elegant Syrah from the Northern Rhône, made from century-old vines in the Chaillot vineyard. Grown on granite-rich soils and farmed organically, the wine is fermented with whole clusters and aged in large neutral barrels to preserve its aromatic complexity. Bottled without fining or filtration, it showcases deep concentration, earthy minerality, and vibrant fruit.
