Bairrada, Portugal. Pet-nat rosé. Fernão Pires juice fermented on Baga skins. Fermentation starts in stainless steel and is finished in bottle. No sulfur added. Natural sparkling wine. A bouquet of peonies and roses mingles with melon and tart strawberry accents on the nose while the palate shows a red apple element slightly reminiscent of a dry cider along with salted watermelon, pomegranate and wet river stones.
