Certified organic blend from 40% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, and 25% Syrah, this Provence rosé comes from a high-altitude site (350m) that sees snow in the winter and ripens about 10 days later than lower vineyards. Grown on clay-limestone soils rich with stones, it's made by direct press and fermented and aged in stainless steel.
