Eros Floating Altar Shelf

These vintage floating shelves are ideal for altars to Eros and those closest to him: Psyche and Aphrodite the Mother. Eros the Firstborn: This shelf is made with heavy ceramic and depicts Eros in his Cupid form with a glaze reminiscent of dark wood, echoing Eros's birth from Primordial Chaos. It features a grape and grapevine motif, honoring how Eros is often part of traditional Bacchic processions and a companion of Dionysos. His wings frame his face from below, while the top of the shelf is crowned with a gentle flower. This shelf is perfect for use as a planter to house living offerings, as well as more traditional forms of offerings. It measures 7.5 x 5 x 3 inches.  Eros the Lightbringer Shelf: This shelf is made with bonded alabaster and depicts Eros in his Cupid form, wings unfolding behind him as he holds his crown to his head.
