Sourced from a 3-hectare single vineyard in Valpolicella Classico, this wine boasts a full, well-balanced profile with cherry notes and hints of mocha from 18 months in French oak barrels. Grapes are dried for 20 days prior to vinification, and Jèma is produced in limited quantities for the finest vintages.
