This Biodynamic beauty is made in tiny quantities. It is spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and as natural as it gets. The wine is nicely balanced, with great acidity and a long finish. On the palate are bright, juicy red fruit notes and a great Herbes de Provence character with hints of thyme, lavender and fresh sage.
