Another wonderfully unique wine from Bodegas Luis Perez. This Palomino Fino is aged in Sherry casks but not turned into Sherry - how cool!? Salty green apple and orange peel on the nose followed by a fresh palate full of white and yellow fruit and a sharp mineral finish. The perfect accompaniment to a classic Paella.
