The name Quantico comes from quantum physics and the idea that a small quantum particle can affect the larger surrounding ecosystem. This reflects the ideals of biodynamic farming, in that everything in the vineyard has a purpose and plays a part in the big picture. This biodynamic Sicilian gem comes from the slopes of Mount Etna, and reflects the volcanic nature of the island. A blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, this wine has a delicate and silky texture and features notes of ripe cherries and balsam with floral and herbal undertones. Fresh, easy to drink, and delicious!
