The story of Tiberio winery began when Ricardo Tiberio stumbled upon Trebbiano Abruzzese vines roughly 60 years old, a rarity of the region. The winery is now run by his children Christina and Antonio. Fresh aromas and flavors of red cherry, raspberry and orange peel. Very juicy with lovely acid-fruit balance. Crisp, clean and slightly floral on the finish. Montepulciano is enjoyed with hearty, savory dishes such as brisket, burgers, or bolognese. This would also be the best friend to grill enthusiasts, paring seamlessly with smoked or barbequed meats.
