NV Bohigas Cava Brut Reserva (Penedes, SP)

With roots in Catalonia dating back to the 13th century, it's easy to say that the Bohigas family knows their way around the terrain! Using organic farming methods, they craft a zesty and exciting sparkling wine. A mineral character to the wine is reminiscent of the limestone and clay soil the vines are planted on, while a toasty brioche note comes courtesy of the 24 months the wine spends aging on its lees.
