CT Race Worx Maverick X3 Rear Radius Rod Reinforcement Plate

This is our rear radius rod reinforcement plate for the X3 that is made completely from 4130 chromoly. The intent of this piece is to either repair a damaged frame or to use on a fresh built for increased strength. We used our scan data of the stock frame and placed the radius rod holes exactly where they need to be while conforming to the factory stamped sheet metal. Not conforming to the factory sheet metal can result in radius rod interference through the full suspension travel. There is a plate that goes under the transmission and there is also an additional plate that welds in the inside of the chassis under the transmission to tie everything together. Due to variations, stresses and multiple factors we heavily suggest using a very rigid radius rod plate like our billet radius rod plate as a fixture to weld all of this in.
