
Gothic Revival Triptych Mirror with Brass Portrait Medallion
This late Victorian mirror is sure to bring mystique and mystery into your home. Its unusual frameless Gothic Revival style truly sets it apart from other mirrors of its era. This mirror features three separate panes finished with a pie crust edge. The middle pane is reverse painted black with a brass medallion attached at the top. The medallion depicts a beautifully dressed late 18th century woman with a large hat and plumage. The center pane also comes to a sharp point, giving this mirror a gothic architectural look. There are two triangles etched in the mirror framing the brass screws attaching this mirror to its wooden frame. The back is fitted with a silver wrapped wire for hanging.
