2021 Opulence Pinot Grigio, Lodi, California

Primary fruit flavors of white nectarine, pear, green apple, and lime. It takes on faint honeyed notes; floral aromas of honeysuckle with a refreshing twinkle of acidity. Opulence Wines was born after our desire to create a space that melodically intertwined great wine, education, and the arts.  We strongly believe that wine tasting and drinking should be an experience, cultivated by individuality and infused with a taste for the finer things.  Opulence was birthed out of Dr. LaToya Thompson's desire to educate and enhance the wine experience. Intrigued by the journey of grape to glass, and how wine serves as a bridge between diverse backgrounds, foundational work for Opulence began.
