Garnet in color. Aromas of violets and ripe cherries mingle with earth notes. Crushed raspberry, sour cherry and slightly toasted vanilla notes. Elegant and precise, with light bodied tannins and a soft silky finish. This wine is rich, lush with aromas of boysenberry compote, Black cherry, violet, and molasses on the nose. The flavors on the palate are strawberry jam, black cherry cream soda, blood orange zest, star anise drifting into dried chicory, vanilla, and a juicy dry finish.
