Sans Oak is a stainless steel fermented, unoaked Chardonnay from Seneca Lake in Finger Lake, New York. It has a slight brininess on the nose followed by yellow apple, sweet lemon, Bosc pear and lifted floral notes. On the palate, the wine continues with lemon curd and fresh apple, with a rounded mouthfeel throughout. Minerality comes mid-palate, coupled with brisk acidity for a clean finish.
