Winery Notes: Aromatically the yoke is pulled all the way back with amazing purity and lift. Bright red fruits clash with blue tones while the wings clip the tops of pine trees. Savory tones from Syrah and Mourvèdre waft into the cabin. The palate is juicy, gaining tanning on the mid-palate with rough verve and momentum to get us to the runway.
