Aresti 'Reserva' - Sauvignon Blanc

2022 Sauvignon Blanc Central Valley, Chile  Now managed by sisters Begoña and Ana Maria Aresti López, Viña Aresti continues to be one of Chile’s most well known and renowned vineyards. Founded by their father, Vicente Aresti Astica in 1951, the sisters have committed to continuing his legacy of excellence in sustainable viticulture. This medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc sees two months aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks, creating notes of white flowers, citrus, and some herbaceousness with a lingering finish. Pair it with fresh ceviche, sushi, and chicken salad.
