Blackbird Vineyards 'Dissonance' - Sauvignon Blanc

2024 Sauvignon Blanc Napa, California  Founded in 2003, this California winery produces elegant Bordeaux-inspired wines with grapes from all over Napa Valley. Located in the heart of the Oak Knoll District, the vines here grow in a moderate climate and deep, gravelly soils which creates optimal growing conditions for winemaker Aaron Pott to work with. Blackbird is mostly known for their red wines and ‘Dissonance’ is named for being the outlier in the winery's mostly red portfolio. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this white produces tasting notes of citrus and dried apricots complemented by a bright acidity. Pair with goat cheese and shellfish dishes.
