NV 100% Pinot Noir France The Sparr family has been making wine since 1680. During World War 2, the vineyards were completely destroyed and Pierre Sparr courageously took on the task of rebuilding them from the ground up. His sons now run the vineyard and continue their father’s vision of wine making that is rooted in passion and tradition. This wine is 100% Pinot Noir and the grapes are grown in soil that is predominantly limestone. On the nose, you will find notes of strawberries and raspberries that persist in the mouth and are complemented by flavors of peach and lively acidity. Pair this with seafood dishes or fruit forward desserts and bring on summertime!
