Classic Old-World red here. Domaine des Aspras is located in the all-organically farmed commune of Correns in the south of France. This 50/50 blend of Syrah and Grenache delivers a fuller bodied red with dark, brawny aromas of blackberry thicket, leather and earth. The palate is dark and balanced with hints of allspice. Live like a local Provençal native and pair it with lamb shank cassoulet. 13.5% ABV
