2021 Pertinace Langhe Nebbiolo DOC

Pertinace’s Langhe Nebbiolo is fermented in stainless steel tanks for the first 10-15 days, then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for nearly 10 months. It’s fashioned for near-term drinking, the tannins are well-integrated, so go ahead and pop that cork! Savory red fruit flavors greet the palate while aromas of rose, specifically rosa canina, classically associated with Nebbiolo, greet the nose. It's a great introduction to Nebbiolo from Italy's famed Piedmont region.  Pair up with well-marinated, thinly sliced, grilled meats - a summer symphony!
