The grapes for this food-friendly red come from l’Hortus’ estate vineyard and a few surrounding neighbors in France’s stunning Pic Saint Loup appellation. A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, this is a charming, fruit-saturated wine that drinks lifted and fresh. It is medium-bodied and devoid of any oak influence, so it goes down clean. Yummy with eggplant Parmesan or Shepherd’s Pie.
