2024 Dominio de Eguren Protocolo Rosé

Currently run by its fourth generation, Dominio de Eguren was founded in 1870. They’re known for their choice vineyard sites, with vines ranging from 30-70 years old in some of Spain’s best locales, like Toro and Rioja. For their certified organic Protocolo wines, they use fruit from their younger (10-15 years old) vines. This Rosé is made from Tempranillo, and it’s light on its feet, with faint notes of cherries and strawberries. It’s great as an aperitif, but we think it’s best to sip it outdoors with your gazpacho.
