Beginning Tunisian Crochet Class

Join us as we learn this fun and exciting crochet technique - Tunisian crochet. What is Tunisian Crochet?  Also known as "afghan crochet," Tunisian crochet is a needlework technique that combines elements of both knitting and crocheting.A special hook (called an afghan hook or cro hook) is needed to complete this method of crochet. This beginner class will go over the basic tunisian crochet stitch & how to work with the cast on.  You will work on swatches to practice the technique.  Classes will be held on Saturdays @ 12:00 or Thursdays @ 5:00p.m. Sign up on line or call the shop to reserve your spot.  Limited to 6 people. Class fee - $15/person plus cost of supplies.  Supplies must be purchased from The Yarn Shop.
