I have multiple championship podiums for 3BLD and FMC, and peaked at 2nd in the world in 3BLD in 2022. Since these events have high barriers to entry and difficult to learn but essential methods for being competitive, I offer multiple options for coaching, whether you want to focus on learning these methods, or just focus on getting faster!
