If needed sooner, reach out and we will do our best to rush the order.  The Mobilize Rescue Public utility kits include the Phone Rescue App to guide the bystander through the treatment process, so anyone, regardless of medical knowledge, can step up and safe a life.  Kits include modern supplies to manage severe bleeding, cardiac arrest, open chest wounds and more. The public access large kit with carrying case includes 4 Single Utility Kits for distribution during a mass casualty event.
