From biodynamic growers (since 1989!) in Chianti Classico, this is Sangiovese garnished with small portions of Merlot & Syrah from high-elevation in the appellation. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and aged for 12 months in neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
