Château Fontvert, "Cochonnet Rosé [1L]" 2022

Biodynamically cultivated Grenache (60%), Cinsault (35%), Syrah (5%) from the Luberon in Southern France. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and aging before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<35ppm) added SO2.
