From some of the Côte d'Or's most southerly reaches, this is 100% Pinot Noir from the 1er Cru in Marages, 'Les Loyeres.' Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate/spontaneously ferment for 2 weeks in stainless steel prior to pressing. 12 month élevage in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<25ppm) added SO2.
