100% Pinot Noir organically cultivated across 5 different plots in Aloxe-Corton: Les Bruyeres, Les Boutières, Les Morais, Les Caillettes, & Les Nujots. Grapes are hand-harvested, and spontaneously ferment 50% whole-cluster, 50% destemmed over the course of 2-3 weeks prior to pressing for an élevage of 14 months in a majority of neutral oak barrels, up to 40% depending on vintage new oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<30ppm) added SO2.
