100% biodynamically cultivated Grüner in clay/loess soils outside of Hager's home village of Mollands in Northern Austria's Kamptal. Grapes are hand-harvested from 30-50 year-old vines and directly pressed to stainless steel tank where the juice spontaneously ferments and the wine ages thereafter sur lie for up to 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
