95% Fernão Pires and 5% Baga. From 30-year-old vines rooted in chalky-clay and sandy soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and macerated in plastic eggs for five days, followed by fermentation in stainless steel with wild yeasts. Secondary completed in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
