100% Pinot Gris from biodynamically cultivated vines in clay/granite soils outside Nothalten in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 1-2 weeks prior to pressing to neutral barrel where the juice spontaneously ferments and the wine ages thereafter for up to 12 months.
