A kitchen sink blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewurztraminer, cultivated and vinified by Domaine Muller-Koeberle. Grapes are hand-harvested and cofermented whole cluster in stainless steel, followed by a 7-month élevage in steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no additional SO2.
