From the westernmost extent of Moravian (southern Czech's broader windswept, arable plains) viticultural potential, this is 100% Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate for 8 days in neutral wooden tank. Élevage also in neutral wood. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
