From Mt. Etna's Versante Nord, this is a volcanic skin-contact wine composed of Grecanico, Grecanico d'Oro, Carricante, and Catarratto. The grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 3 days prior to pressing to steel and glass demijohn where the juice spontaneously ferments and thereafter ages for 5 months, respectively. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
