Our favorite holiday special is back! 'Pommeau' style Apple Aperitif from NY State. A blend of brandy aged for approximately 1 year before blending with bittersweet cider pressed from heirloom apples. The blend is aged in neutral french oak barrels for a minimum of 1.5 years.
