From biodynamically farmed parcels in Pauillac just down the road from Mouton-Rothschild, this is Osamu's Pheromone Rouge composed, in 2023, of 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 2 weeks prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and a short maturation for 4 months in stainless steel tank thereafter. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
