100% Pinot Noir from a limestone slope facing south that is blasted to such a degree with afternoon sun, Mediterranean flora (when not mowed over) can be found flowering in the vineyard. Partially destemmed, partially whole-bunch, the wine spontaneously ferments in stainless prior to élevage in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. Zero/zero. 13%ABV
