LIMITED TO 2 / CUSTOMER 1 Liter of the good stuff! From Saint-Germain-Nuelles in the Beaujolais, this is organically cultivated Gamay with some Auxerrois from Jean-Marc Dreyer in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, and co-macerated as whole-bunches for ~1 week prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5 % ABV.
