A crazy new project from Sommelier-turned-Vigneron, Raj Parr & friends who are working with recuperated vines in and around Los Angeles City proper, in an endeavor to pay homage to/reenact in small scale, the deep winemaking history of the surrounding Cucamonga / San Bernardino Valleys. 50% Zinfandel, 30% Palomino, and 20% Alicante Bouschet from own-rooted vines that have never been sprayed. The grapes coferment whole cluster in open-top neutral vessels, then age in a 1000L foudre. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
