Rare, rare, rare! This biodynamic, zero/zero Champagne grower does not make this cuvée anymore. 100% Pinot Blanc, it is spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral oak prior to blending. Secondary fermentation in bottle with 18 months on the lees before disgorgement in 2022 and further bottle aging before release. Zero/zero.
