From a centenarian vineyard in the Hautes Cotes of Pinot Noir & Gamay on limestone. Grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously ferment whole-cluster for a few weeks prior to pressing. Maturation in vat for 18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
