Slate Frames

The manufacturer has opted not to continue making, so stock is low.  Please check with me before ordering so I can claim frames/check stock at the distributor. There are now a series of sizes of slate frames. Slats and rollers can be purchased separately and mix and match.  I will carry two set sizes for the casket and mirror frame.  The rest can be bought mix and match.  Remember to buy pegs and lacing thread if needed. Please email me for an invoice for the unique sizes as I will need to order Wooden slate frames for working panels of a casket.  The roller with its webbing to stitch your linen to is 16" wide with adjustable side slats of 16".  A set of turned wooden pegs to adjust the length are included as well as a spool of size 4 Londonderry Linen thread to use as the lacing of the side of the linen to the slats.   This new size works well for a panel of a casket or 2-3 friezes and is small enough to travel or work easily in the lap. A fancy mirror sized frame has 22" rollers and
