There’s nothing quite like a Dole Whip on a hot summer day—whether you’re digging in at Aloha Isle, at the Polynesian’s Pineapple Lanai, or at Animal Kingdom’s Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Harambe…and whether you like yours with or without dark or coconut rum. I can’t be the only person who’s tried to mimic this iconic Disney snack at home, but lighting this candle is so much easier. The scent is the same burst of sunshine and citrus that I crave in Florida’s heat and humidity. It's a blend of fresh cut pineapple with a heart of green leaves, and grounded in earthy sage. It’s fresh sunshine and citrus but still beautiful and and full of depth.
