Jacob's Cattle Gold Shelling Bean

Jacob's Cattle Gold is an heirloom dry bean variety that produces oblong, white seeds dotted with golden spots which give them a unique, cattle-like appearance.  Sturdy, bush-type plants produce abundant quantities of 4 to 5-inch-long pods, each containing 6 to 8 beans.  Jacob's Cattle Gold beans have exceptional flavor and are well-suited for use in baked beans or chili.  Note that the coloration of these beans can vary based on environmental conditions.  Bush.  90 days to harvest.  Each packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
