40s Black Liquid Satin Button Down Blouse with Peplum and Shoulder Pads

This is a gorgeous heavy 1940s vampy black liquid satin blouse. Featuring a huge folded over collar that is split and overlapping in the back, turned up cuffed sap sleeves with black and rhinestone buttons, bold padded shoulders, a peplum, and buttons down the front with black and rhinestone buttons. Measurements:Bust~34 inches (approximate due to dolman-ish style)Waist~27 inchesLength~23 inches down center backShoulder~16. 5 inches between outer edges of shoulder pads.Condition: Top is in very good condition. There are some areas where the satin is scratched/rubbed (fifth and sixth pictures.) In the last picture you can see on the top of the shoulder there was some frayed threads I had to trim - the seam seems strong and there isn't a hole. Item is freshly cleaned and presents beautifully.
